E-BOOK available Dear Valued Readers and Partners: As we venture into 2025, here at Schiffer Publishing we find ourselves fondly looking back on the celebration of a major milestone for our company in 2024. Last year, we hosted a summer soiree in celebration of Schiffer Publishing’s 50th anniversary at our “Book Farm” in Atglen, Pennsylvania. With fairy lights, gossamer fabric, and plenty of hard work, our warehouse was transformed into a shimmering party venue. Gathering to toast the company and its 50 years of accomplishments was a crowd of authors, current and former team members, family, and friends— some of whom traveled from other states and even other countries to join in the celebration. Holding the event in the warehouse was fitting, because the festivities were surrounded by warehouse shelves packed with the 7,000-plus publications Schiffer has produced over the decades—the diverse array of titles collectively serving as a testament to how far the company has grown since its origins in a converted barn. It was also fitting that so many of our authors gathered with us for the festivities. Our mission at Schiffer Publishing is to inspire through expert knowledge, and it is through our authors that we tap into the expert knowledge that forms the basis of our titles on many different topics. Over the course of 50 years and more than 7,000 publications, the wisdom and creativity of our authors have allowed us to enrich the lives of countless readers. Together, we create high-quality publications that feed readers’ interests into a nearly unfathomable range of topics. This spring, we continue that mission through our slate of titles across our imprints. In this catalog, focused on Art & Design, Pop Culture, and Lifestyle, you will find titles on topics ranging from cocktails to sword- swallowing, from iconic automobiles to beautiful flowers, from subway signs and tattoos to seashells and sand. For the collectors, there are new books on cast-iron Bundt pans and folding knives. Photographic essays showcase historic doors in Italy and a storied American denim mill. We travel to the Maine coast, go “Out East” on Long Island, and investigate subway systems around the world. We discover a historic shipwreck, learn about a notorious pirate, and find out how NASA and the Smithsonian influenced a beloved television show. We get portraits of famous musicians and dive deep into art via classic movie posters and new frontiers in technology. And there is much, much more. No matter your interests, there is something on the following pages to spark your curiosity. Best regards, The Schiffer Publishing Team
